Horrible experience cashing $1,000 check. After they took copy of my driver license and credit card, and they took my phone number, I had to wait 30 minutes until they contacted the person who issued the check. After phone call confirmation I gave them a thump print and they told me that my credit card as a second ID ins not valid because is not signed. I presented them with other ID with my picture and thump print and about 20 other ID's, but they were not satisfied. I wrote a letter to branch manager, but no response.
